You must learn and practice before groups of people, and Toastmasters is the most proven method. Go to youtube and find Toastmaster World Champions. My favorite below. Watch how he uses the audience in this case about 3,000, with gestures, and props, vocal variety( raising and lowering the voice ), and pauses.
