Please understand, I write here because I care because I know
the country is dying because of political correctness and politics! I may not be as educated as those in the media claim to be, but I speak from real truth and experience.
If you think about what does a white man know about black lives matter, please hear me out. First, if you read my writing, I hope you don't detect any racism. Personally, I try to speak out from experience and common sense.
First, what I see from the so-called 'Black Lives Matter' movement is those who call themselves leaders, is that they are doing nothing that helps the black man, they only continue to drive a wedge between two races.
As politics, and money drives all these groups, the real issue black lives is never solved!
If you were as lucky as I am to have a friend of almost 40 years, with an IQ of 163, well read and highly educated, you should be so lucky! One day he said "when his lips are moving he is lying." he was speaking of Barack Obama. And yes my best friend is a black man!
If a black man calls ( Barack Obama) a liar, is he a racist if I call him a liar am I a racist? Let's explore racism, who elected this black man the overwhelming majority white voters, so are we still racists, if we call him a liar? Please think this out very carefully.
How do we fix this problem? Is it not by protesting the flag?
With most of the protesters blaming the police: the core problems are not being discussed. Yesterday as I watched the NFL pregame show the Colin Kaepernick issue was discussed, sadly thou everyone has to tread lightly, and they only talk about who is donating money; except money will not fix the lack of jobs, the lack of education, and where are the father figures to mentor these young children?
In my seven years of teaching the Toastmaster Youth Leadership program ( public speaking ), the experience was fantastic. It is said most adults are afraid of public speaking! Just imagine what if you were taught the art of public speaking at 10 or 11 years of age; it could change the way you present yourself to the world? What did I learn as a teacher.?
In my five years at Pasadena Fundamental Elementary, I learned so much. I realized these students are in this special school because the parents care.
First, you have to put your name on a waiting list, then you and your child have to meet special requirements! It is not about race, color or money. The parent must deliver and pick up the child. They must attend school meetings.
Every year I was have given thank you letters with photos from the student's, they were put into a book, I call it my Noble Prize! These 5th-grade students have a very special teacher, Miss Cheryl Rice.
While teaching two after-school programs and two summer programs, you learn the performance of the students has nothing to do with race, color, money or pledging to the American flag. These students, are rich, poor, black, Asain and every mix available. Some go to church; some speak only a little English, but what I learned is only one thing matters someone cares, that they get an education!
My most profound experience was at Baypoint Middle School, 8th grade. That is when I realized what a terrible student I was. When I spoke of my years as a student; being thrown out of the 4th grade twice and then the 9th grade at 16, I hoped the students could understand why I was there?
That year at Baypoint, I met Dominick. Dominick was one of only three civil students in this class. I began to wonder how and why Dominick had gotten to the 8th grade since he could not read or write. I guess most interesting was his father was a teacher, at Baypoint!
These experiences are real; they are not lies or fabrications. The problems in the black community are not the police, like the liars in the media and the hands-up-don't shoot crowd; it is all driven by political correctness, lies, and money. The real truth is these groups, and so-called leaders have no plans to fix the problems in the black community, it just pads their pockets.
If you care to do some fact checking, and you will see 99% of all shooting are not initiated by the police. You will see all these cities are run by the same corrupt leadership for decades. Almost all crimes are black on black, and all the guns are obtained illegally!
In cities like Chicago with very strict gun laws, the crime and shooting are the higher than any other city? Please ask that so-called leadership why?
Please ask the protesters, in the streets or on the football fields what their actions are proving?
Are they seeking to elect real leadership? Are they working to see that fathers are present to guide these young folks? Are they seeing their children can read and write? Are they telling their so-called President (Barack Obama) to stop the illegals from taking their jobs?
Throwing money at these problems, protesting the flag, fixes nothing.
The leadership has to come from the parents, the schools, and the community.
That is when BLACK LIVES WILL MATTER!
