What are the best concept speech topics?

Definition of concept. 1: something conceived in the mind: thought, notion. 2: an abstract or generic idea generalized from particular instances.

Personally, I like ‘I Have a Dream’ as an idea conceived in Martin Luther King's mind? Many think that was the speech title, but it was not; he added that line during his speech.

What are the best concept speech topics?

When your heart and soul go into the speech, you will have arrived at a great topic and possible speech?

2007 Toastmaster World Champion, Vikas Jhingran, preached short titles.
Two of his three winning titles ‘Perfect” and ‘The Sami’ were about his life.
Rory Vaden, number two in 2007’s Title was ‘Slam’ a story about his summer door to door book sales while in college.
