A communication course will help with writing a presentation, but communication as an example a youtube video takes lots of presentation skills; only learned with other humans face to face.
In the Toastmaster course, you work thru a series of manuals honing your skills to each level you seek. The personal nature of a club offers evaluations of your skills directly.
Since I have been away from Toastmasters for a few years, they have changed their program or manuals. Now since for example, the starter, Competent Communication manual used for years may be available online?
So, in my opinion, the perfect answer is to visit Toastmasters.
