Is Toastmasters the best free way to get over a fear of public speaking?

Hi Amy,
 Toastmasters has never been free?  Yes, you can visit most clubs often, but your participation will be limited.
 In the US I believe the average yearly cost is around $100. There is no $$ value on what you will learn at Toastmasters. How much do you spend on a cup of coffee or a can of soda, do they increase your speaking skills? Are they free?
Does free have value maybe, I am not an economist ask one?  My point for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day the Toastmasters/public speaking program is worth the effort you give it and in my opinion a much better value than four years of college?
My final point, resumes are full of BA MA even some PhD; but what will open that door to success faster is your ability to present yourself! 
Simple answer, Toastmasters is not free, but neither is anything good in life! Go join today!

David against Goliath!

History always tells a story; this story not unlike the tale of David and Goliath is the story of how Goliath has control! PLDT/Smart in the Naga City area of the Philippines as well in simple terms is the saddest excuse for an internet company.
