Interesting question,
I am not sure critical thinking is essential in the role of an excellent social communicator? Let's turn that around and agree to be an extraordinary social communicator, you should be good at public speaking.
Interestingly some I believe are born with that talent, or learn excellent social communication from a mentor, parent or possibly a nanny a very young age.
My recommendation is to search out a Toastmasters club, Toastmasters International -Home (Toastmasters International -Home) is found in around 140 countries. Find a club that meets weekly, to improve public speaking and social communication skills, you need commitment and practice as often as possible.

David against Goliath!

History always tells a story; this story not unlike the tale of David and Goliath is the story of how Goliath has control! PLDT/Smart in the Naga City area of the Philippines as well in simple terms is the saddest excuse for an internet company.
