Time to say good bye!

 

 THIS LETTER is because no one appears to care? 

Here at 0684 Mangga St, Sta Cruz, Naga City:

1. The dog barking is endless, sometimes the same dog for hours!

2. The six roosters below my window start at 3 am and continue most of the day, I  have asked and asked but the owner Joe has no respect for anyone else! Also with his barking dog.

3. The loud drunken, drug-induced parties with music 3 times as loud as needed, shows sad disrespect for the children, and neighbors. 

4. Does not anyone understand the damage being done to their children? 

5. I wonder why you have a dog when its life is spent tied up? ( How would you like to spend your life tied to a rope)? 

6. I wonder why have children and dogs when you have no respect for their health or wellbeing?

7. The police have been here 3 times, but that's just BS, the Barangay, sent 5 men to my house one evening, result BS! 4 times.

8. Except noone appears to value the LAW|

Now 7am Sunday, 6/6/21, the roosters have no stopped.  Ok, this is my last request, if by Tues, 6/8 the roosters are not gone and something is done about the dogs, I will handle it!
