PLDT/Smart, takes advantage of SENIOR CITIZENS!
This the answer I got 3 times, trying to get my PLDT/Smart internet repaired!

How many of you have experienced the worst service imaginable?
Most would say you gain nothing by complaining here?
When you have acted with respect to everyone a PLDT/SMART, you just try the media, because good or bad, someone will hopefully understand that service so bad is a remedy for something; then those who understand will find some answers?

I have put off complaint here, because it is sad that the experience with PLDT/SMART is so bad you want to go postal ( in the US an employee takes a gun and returns to the workplace and shoots everyone in his path ) of course I am not advocating going postal, but don't we all have limits?
After months of a visit to the offices of PLDT/SMART in Naga City, the Philippines, the promises, the lies, the BS is just so sad!
PLDT, all I write is found in your system, my months of trying to get problems fixed, is all recorded!
The way you show such disrespect for Seniors is worth telling anyone who will listen, to never use your services!
Sure you can challenge the truth, but most likely you will ignore this 77-year-old, because I am probably suffering from an age kerfuffle?
Most likely anyone my age should be more concerned with my next doctor visit, or did I take a blue pill, or maybe just planning an obituary. Or just remembering?
Interestingly when I moved here to marry the beautiful Rowena, I did not realize the clamor from the roosters from my 3rd-floor apartment and the barking dogs, just endless!

Now I have no access to music or movies or even work; the music was my only escape from the roosters and dogs!
Now my brain is screaming, the noise unbearable, I become cranky and complaining, my marriage to going to hell, I have no escape.
Yes, you did try PLDT, I received 3 texts from service personal ( one text below ), telling me I had to pay to get my sad internet repaired, of course, I declined.
Every time I went back to your office to speak with the young lady it was always just promised.
OK, PLDT/SMART THERE IS MUCH MORE; BUT I WILL WAIT for YOUR RESPONSE, YOU HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO SEPARATION of my marriage, the LOSS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, AND DEPRESSION!
SO IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT SENIOR CITIZENS?
