   THIS LETTER is because no one appears to care?  Here at 0684 Mangga St, Sta Cruz, Naga City: 1. The dog barking is endless, sometimes the same dog for hours! 2. The six roosters below my window start at 3 am and continue most of the day, I  have asked and asked but the owner Joe has no respect for anyone else! Also with his barking dog. 3. The loud drunken, drug-induced parties with music 3 times as loud as needed, shows sad disrespect for the children, and neighbors.  4.
